What to expect
A typical session includes:
- A warm welcome and brief consultation with your therapist to clarify your needs and preferences (sensitive areas, desired pressure, type of relaxation you are seeking).
- Lying on your back, with a warm towel placed on your face to invite deep relaxation.
• Gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and application of a mask using Arbonne products, while the therapist may begin working on the neck or hands. - Careful removal of the mask, application of an appropriate cream, followed by a relaxing massage of the head and scalp.
- Massage of the hands and forearms, then of the feet and lower legs (when needed), using enveloping, finely tuned techniques.
Very little product is used on the body to preserve a high-quality touch and avoid leaving the skin feeling heavy. The entire treatment is fluid, rhythmic, and deep, while remaining gentle and reassuring.
