There is plenty of paid street parking in front of our building in addition to an outside parking lot of the rue de la Gare du Palais.
You may also choose the underground car park "Impark" next to the train station (Gare du Palais) for the whole day at $16 during the week and at 5$ on weekends. This parking lot is only one minute walk from us. (Rue de la Gare du Palais)
Always add 45 minutes extra to the length of your visit.
You have two options to pay for your parking : the park meter and the mobile application.
Parking meter : By credit or debit cards, contactless and cash. Enter your license plate number and choose the duration by following the on-screen instructions.
Mobile application : By downloading the “Copilote+” application. It has many advantages to make your visit easier. The instructions are clear and precise.

Clients are charged 100% fee for not showing up and 50% for late cancellations under 48 hours notice.
The appointment is not nominal. Feel free to propose to someone in your surrounding to take your place and avoid paying cancellation fees. You don’t need to inform us about it. We will take care of the modification on site.

- Go on your appointment confirmation email.
- At the bottom you will see a section to "make changements to your appointment click here". (This will make you have access to your fresha account)
- Follow the directions and make the changements to your appointement. (Fees will apply in the last 48 hours.)
- Go on our booking platform.
- Choose your preferred treatment, date and time and confirm with a credit card.
- After your appointment we will apply your gift certificate as a method of payment. If the amount won’t be enough, we will be happy to charge the remaining amount by credit or debit card or in cash.

There isn't any shower in our center, therefore we expect standard cleanliness from our customers. Oil massages can leave the skin a little oily but it won’t be unconfortable.
We recommend that you eat lightly, hydrate well before and after your treatment, and above all fill out your online health questionnaire ahead of your first visit. You will be asked to complete it immediately after your reservation. Keep an eye on your text messages and emails, including your spam.
We kindly ask you to arrive maximum 10 minutes ahead. Our therapists will take care of you, from beginning to end of your appointment. By respecting the schedule, they will be able to prepare for your session accordingly and, once their energy restored, offer you the best service.
