To maintain the benefits of massage therapy, here are 6 good habits to follow after your massage. 

When the treatment is finished, do not get up straight away: take your time. Stay lying down for a few moments to enjoy the relaxation. Then start by moving your fingers and toes one by one to gradually come out of the lethargic state. Stretch gradually, open your eyes very slowly. Then turn on your right side for a few seconds. Then come to a sitting position. And finally, slowly stand up, raising your head last.

Avoid washing right after the massage. The oil has a real detoxifying power. Ideally, keep it for 12 hours (one night). At least 3 hours.

 After a massage, it is recommended to engage in peaceful activities. Keep yourself from stress. Instead, opt for a meal with friends, a good book, a walk in the forest. Choose activities that keep you in a feeling of relaxation and share your well-being with yourself or others.
